W1- knows the basic rights and issues of the basics of genetics, including cytogenetics, immunogenetics, genetics of the process of forming gender, development genetics, population genetics and quantitative traits [KB_W09];
Skills:
Student:
U1-is able to explain and analyze the phenomenon of classical (Mendelian) genetics and heredity issues (also in the features of linked and related to the sex), and autosomal-linked traits [KB_U02, KB_U03, KB_U08];
U2 - is able to correctly interpret the distribution of variability of quantitative and qualitative, and deduce conclusions [KB_U08];
U3-is able to recognize and identify the type of chromosomal aberrations in microscopic cytogenetic analysis [KB_U08];

Assessment exercises: written tests to assess the current rating (based on oral statements) progress and activity. The presence of the exercises is compulsory, the student may have only one unauthorized absence. In the case of excused absences the student is required to pass the relevant part of the material.
