Knowledge
W1 – Student has a general knowledge concerning the equipment and data storage devices in information technologies, understands mechanisms of processing and recording of IT data, their arrangement in database programs and projection in a form of computer printouts and multimedia presentations.
W2 – Student demonstrates the basic knowledge of modern information technologies reaching.
Skills:
U1 – Students knows modern devices connected to information technology, rules of their operating and basic microcomputer software related to an everyday creation, storage and processing of computer data [BH1_U03];
U2 – The range of skills allows to pass an ECDL certification exam, i.e. European Computer Driving Licence, in front of any examination board [BH1_U03].
Competences:
K1 – Students demonstrates a responsibility for equipment and devices connected to information technologies and knows rules of protection of data created using that equipment, and also of author’s rights observance, and in case of an application of network connections the rules of so called “netlabel” [BH1_K02]
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge of microcomputer equipment operating gained during education in secondary schools of humanistic, mathematic-natural and technical profile. Course content:
Up-to-date information technologies tools: text and graphic editors, presentation programs, databases. Computer networks and information exchange between network users. Recommended literature:
.1. Dowolny podręcznik dot. pakietu biurowego Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,.
2. Buszman Wiesław – HTML prosto do celu (ćwiczenia).
Assessment methods:
Regular (1-2 times a month) written tests to assess the current rating (based on oral statements) progress and activity. The presence of the exercises is compulsory, the student may have only one unauthorized absence. In the case of excused absences the student is required to pass the relevant part of the material. Completion of exercises based on the average ratings.Comment:
