The course includes following questions: genetic equilibrium of a population, factors affecting frequencies of genes and genotypes in a population, theory of small populations, value and variability of quantitative trait, genetic parameters characterizing a population, selection of quantitative traits, genetic trend in a population and genetic distances between populations.
