After completing the course students will meets the amateur animal species, they breed and variety. Can recognize them and know their specific requirements for breeding.Competences:
Passing the course permits plan and conduct their own amateur animal husbandry, as well as advising in this area.Prerequisites:
Animal anatomy and physiology, basic animal breeding, animals feeding, geneticsCourse content:
Characteristics of dog breeding, specific requirements, presentation of races. Characteristics of breeding cats and their requirements, a description of the races. Discussion of culture and varieties of hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, rabbits, gerbils, mice and rats breeding farm. Presentation of the species of birds and other animals kept as pets are accompanying.Recommended literature:
