The student acquires the ability to organize and manage businesses of various organizational and legal forms. Able to independently analyze the environment, resources and identify strategies for the business. He can carry out functions of management: planning and decision making, organizing, directing people and control of the company. Students can use the dynamic methods of management in the enterprise.Competences:
After completion of the course, students can solve problems In the creation of the company, planning and decision ma king, organizing, directing a team of men, motivating Staff and monitoring the performance of the company. It is prepared for an internship as a line manager in the company. Prerequisites:

2. Transformation processes of organizational and ownership forms of enterprises; enterprise – essence, goals, types and relations
3. Enterprise’s environment – structure and factors affecting functioning and development of an enterprise
4. Influence of public and self-governmental administration on development of business entities
5. Influence of globalization on adjustments of enterprises and their activity risks
6. Competitiveness of enterprises – assesment and forming of competitive position on the market
7. Styles of management of human resources in an enterprise
8. Management of financial resources in an enterprise
9. Management of information and knowledge in an enterprise
10. Planning and decision -making in an enterprise
11. Organizing – types of organizational structures; designing and application
12. Motivating employees in an enterprise
13. Control of realization of strategic goals and operational results of an enterprise
