Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Obtains general knowledge about religion and religiosity. Is interested in the religious diversity of the world, based on the information about the beliefs, cults, and the organization of the religious life of some religious movements. His/her knowledge is based on empirical studies in religious. Skills: -
Competences: Social competence: It shapes the attitude of benevolent interest and tolerance for religious traditions in the world. Breaks hostility and prejudice against foreign religions and cultures.
Prerequisites: Humanities in the high school.
Course content: Basic concepts, research achievements and development of study of religions. Research on the history of religion and the religions of primitive peoples. The oldest religions letter. Monotheism - Abrahamic religions. The specificity of religions of Asia. Modern processes of creating religions.
