He knows the technology and techniques used in grain processing plants and feed mills industry.
Skills:
He knows how to develop the concept in the form of documentation of individual lines of production of groats and flour and industrial compound feed. He knows the methods of processing raw materials.
He can prepare a presentation on the technology chosen grain processing and feed processing.
Competences:
Understand the effects of an engineer working above the milling industry and the production of feed. It has a sense of responsibility for the quality of the products and the environment.
Able to work in a team taking on the various roles Prerequisites:
Course content:
Key terms used in the milling industry and feed. Raw materials and their properties. Technologies and techniques for the production of feed and food products based on seed processing. Processing methods selected feed ingredients and food products. Storage. The design and operation of equipment used in the milling industry and feed. Health and SafetyRecommended literature:
