Learning outcomes: Knowledge: -Student knows in detail the construction of the animal -Student can explain the mechanisms occurring in the digestion and absorption -Student has knowledge of nutrition of individual species of domestic animals Practical skills: -Student knows and is able to analyze the impact of animal nutrition on health -Student can use the knowledge in order to achieve the objectives of breeding
Competences: Student may take to continue their studies or to items such as a dietetics.
Prerequisites: Animal Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology.
Course content: Basic information about phisiology of nutrition, digestion,basic nutrient components. Dogs' and cats' nutrition, wrong diet, basic rules of domestic animals nutrition.
