At the end of the course the student know the production, regulation of biosynthesis and application of microbial enzymes (amylases, cellulases, xylanases, proteinases, lipases) and some antibiotics (aminoglycosides, non-polien macrolides, polien macrolides, tetracyclines). Competences:
Students are able to conducte enzyme biosynthesis process with microorganisms and know how to optimize these process, know how to estimate microorganisms capable to antibiotic production.Prerequisites:
Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, MicrobiologyCourse content:
