After finishing this course, student knows kinds and quantities of wastes coming into being in different factories of the food industry. Student also knows possibilities of wastes utilization and their secondary using.Competences:
Student is able to estimate kinds and quantities of wastes from food plant. Can plan techology of wastes utilisation. Prerequisites:
Water and Wastewater Management, Ecology and Environmental ProtectionCourse content:
Wastes from the food industry, quantity, quality, possibilities of use. Utilization and storing wastes that cannot be secondary used. Utilization dangerous wastes. European Union legislation in the reference to utilization and storing wastes from the food industry. Technical and technological solution used in other countries from UE.Recommended literature:
