Learning outcomes: Knowledge student gains knowledge from the application of the necessary equipment for collecting and water suppling; understands how they working; knows the ways of wastewater flowing to the wastewater treatment plant and is able to assess the impact of each device associated with a string of technology on the environment. Skills Student can select the proper devices for the collection and distribution of water as well as related to the disposal of sewage based on prepared calculations, taking into account the active protection of the environment
Competences: Kompetencje społeczne: ma świadomość i rozumie aspekty oraz skutki działalności inżynierskiej z zakresu zaopatrzenia w wodę i oczyszczania ścieków.

Course content: Educational content of the subject includes: current legal issues related to water supply (collection and distribution) and wastewater discharge; principles of preparation of water balance needs and balance of wastewater production as well as principles of determining the value of basic equipment related to water and wastewater management. The content of education is also associated with the elements of municipal infrastructures: water supply, sewage collection, gas systems; as well as rules of presentation elements of the water and wastewater devices on the map; reading and well interpretation of map notation.
