Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Students W1 – know the base of the dog and cats breeding[BH2_W03]; W2 – know their anatomy, physiology, genetics and behaviour [BH2_W01, BH2_W08]; W3 – known their specific breeding needed [BH2_W09, BH2_W10]. Skills: Students U1 – identified breeds and variety of species [BH2_U01, BH2_U09]; U2 – plane special breeding system for the species and breed [BH2_U05, BH2_U11].

Competences: Student K1 – is aware of the responsibility for animals and ethic proceeding with [BH2_K04, BH2_K05].

Prerequisites: :anatomy, physiology, genetics, animal nutrition

Course content: The overall purpose of the course is to provide students with dogs and cats origin; anatomy, physiology and genetics; dogs and acts breeds; reproduction and care of litter; bases of dogs and cats feeding; illness prevention; organizations, which response for dogs and cats breeding; dogs and cats show – regulations and rules of judgement; lows in dogs and cats breeding.
