Learning outcomes: After the Course, students will know fundamental conceptions of the law and state theory. Also will know rules of the civil and administration law (substantive and procedural law). A particular student will know a property law with taking into consideration principles of economy of real estate. Student has learned basic foundation of environmental protection and principles of three-dimensional planning.

Competences: After this course student will be able to individually apply a particular law such as civil code and administration law. They also will know structures of legal acts and legal bases in range of environmental protection right.

Prerequisites:

Course content: Definition of law, sources of law, system of law, basics of civil law and administrative law, real estate, problems of environmental law, act about three dimensional developing.
