The student after completion of the course should be sensitive on people with disabilities problems and should knows the legal instruments concerning disabled users; should know how to limit mental discrimination by redesigning the architectural barriers in communication areas.Competences:
Prerequisites:
It is proposed to conduct classes in the spring semester. Practical exercises conducted in the area where the students will be in the roles of people with disabilities.

Lecture 2: Types of physical disabilities and their influence on dysfunctions.
Lecture 3: Types of mental disabilities and their influence on physical and social dysfunctions.
Lecture 4: Legal instruments concerning disabled users.
Lecture 1: Legislative instruments concerning disabled users (cont.).
Lecture 1: Ergonomics of people with disabilities.
Lecture 7: Examples of designing solutions adapted for disabled users in closed facilities.
Lecture 8: Examples of designing solutions adapted for disabled users in public spaces.
Lecture 9: Risks and reasons of disabilities.
Lecture 10: Old age – statistics, forecast, limitation.
Lecture 11: Leisure and recreation of people with disabilities.
