Learning outcomes: Student possesses theoretical knowledge and practical abilities in legal acts retrieval, law regulations and legal contracts understanding and recognition, recognition of legal area in economic activity, linking knowledge and economic practice with legal knowledge.
Competences: The completed course provides student with minimum set of skills and knowledge for work in self-government organs, deal an own business activity.

Course content: Law sources and law system; legal norm, kinds of legal norms, law collision, civil law in the law system, law application and interpretation, the civil law subjects, range of legal activities, property law and means of its acquisition, contracting, non – claim, obligation, contractual and delictual responsibility, contract kinds in legal transactions.
