Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student: W 1- knows in details kinds and properties of animal raw materials taking into account these improved or changed as a result of modern technologies [BH2_W07; R2A_W03]; W2 – has deepened knowledge in the range of possibilities of animal origin products obtaining [BH2_W11; R2A_W05]; Skills: Student U1 – is able to make an independent assessment of animal origin products [BH2_U09; R2A_U06];

Competences: Personal and social competences (attitudes and behaviors): Student: K1- is aware the responsibility for high quality food production as well as education and natural environment state [BH2_K05; R2A_K05];

Prerequisites: Prerequisites: Animal origin products research.
