Learning outcomes: Knowledge: After completing the course the student knows the barriers of communication, describes the conditions of effective communication in business conversations. Indicates the ways of dealing with broken agreement specifies how to solve conflict situations. Skills: The student constructs a model of business information. Uses interpersonal skills in overcoming difficulties sort resulting during the process of communication, proposes strategies for resolving conflicts in the business.
Competences: Personal and social competences: Student support after the professional development of the course, organizing process of creating the group, as a factor in behavior change, planning ways to interact with the environment group, accepts the ethical aspects of the process of communicating.

Course content: Theories of behavioral change in mass communication in a group, the skills to communicate, communication barriers, communication and recovery phases of conflict management.
