After completing the course the student knows the barriers of communication, describes the conditions of effective communication in business conversations. Indicates the ways of dealing with broken agreement specifies how to solve conflict situations.
Skills:
The student constructs a model of business information. Uses interpersonal skills in overcoming difficulties sort resulting during the process of communication, proposes strategies for resolving conflicts in the business.Competences:
