Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Students have expended knowledge of entrepreneurs, principles and conditions of business activity as well as private companies and procedures of their registration. Skills: Students have skills for making business activity. They can resolve problems which are appeared during performance of business activity.

Competences: Competences: Students understand that continual development of their qualifications is necessary for making business activity. Students can work inside group and have abilities to be leader of group.

Prerequisites: Elementary knowledge about economic law and business activity

Course content: Resources of business of activity law. Starting a business activity and performance of business activities under legal rules. Reglementation of business activities. The concept of the entrepreneur. Register of economic activity. Competition rules. Contracts’ principles .
