Learning outcomes: Knowledge: W1 - has a general knowledge in the range of animal production [BZ - W06, R1A_W03, InzA_W02]; W2 - has a general knowledge in the range of animal origin raw materials [BZ - W07, R1A_W03]; W3 - knows the rules of animal origin raw materials technology [BZ - W07, R1A_W03; BZ -W14, R1A_W03, InzA_W01, InzA_W05]; W4 - has a general knowledge in the range of animal origin raw materials production safety [BZ - W07, R1A_W03; BZ - W17, R1A_W03]. Skills: U1 - is able to perform an assessment of animal origin raw materials in an independent way BZ - U01, R1A_U01; BZ - U03, R1A_U03, InzA_U01]; U2 - analyses physiological and biological processes occurring during animal origin raw materials production [BZ - U05, R1A_U03, InzA_U01; BZ - U14, R1A_U06, InzA_U02, InzA_U03]; U3 - can interfere into the processes of animal origin raw materials production at each stage of their production BZ - U15, R1A_U07, InzA_U03, InzA_U05, InzA_U06; BZ - U16, R1A_U07, InzA_U02, InzA_U03, InzA_U05; InzA_U06, InzA_U07].

Competences: K1 - is aware the responsibility for the results of improperly led technology of animal origin raw materials production [BZ - K06, R1A_K04]; K2 - is aware of the need of completion of the knowledge in the range of animal origin raw materials production safety [BZ - K02, R1A_K01; BZ - K04, R1A_K03]; K3 - is able to undertake the aware activities protecting animal origin raw materials production in an accordance with its safety [BZ - K09, R1A_K05, InzA_K01]..

Prerequisites: Basis of the animal production

Course content: Features of animal origin raw materials and their assessment; analysis of particular stages of animal origin raw materials production, effect of species, breed, age, feeding on basic features of animal origin raw materials.
