Learning outcomes: On ending the course the students know main law regulations of a merchant law. They distinguish each of a civil company and mercantile partnerships and have insight in rules of a business activity registration. Besides, they can find law regulations that are good for trade agreements.
Competences: Ending the course makes a possibility to single-handedly selection of each partnerships depending on a character of a business activity. Students also are capable to register each of partnerships they select. They can in practice. apply appropriate regulations mainly focused on trade agreements.
Prerequisites:
Course content: Sources of a merchant law. Legal subjects of a merchant law. Existence of merchant law. Formal requirements of coming into a business activity. Trade evidences and registries. Civil company and mercantile partnerships. Proceedings in bankruptcy, composition and reorganization proceedings.Concluding and executing of trade agreements. Claims and methods of assertion of a claim in merchant contracts.
