It has a basic knowledge of economics, law with particular emphasis on food law and social knowledge [BZ_W05];
It has a general knowledge of the raw materials and products of animal and plant origin [BZ_W07];
He knows the technological processes of food production [BZ_W15];
It has a general knowledge of the manufacturing processes of food safety at all stages [BZ_W17].
Performs under the direction of supervisor simple task ba¬dawcze or the design of a broadly defined agricultural and interprets the results and draws conclusions [BZ_U04];
It analyzes the processes of physico-chemical and biological occurring during the production of raw materials and food [BZ_U05];

The course includes discussion of the ways of obtaining and purification in water used as drinking water, and used by the producers of fish. The course takes place starting the Water Treatment Plant in Wroclaw and the Centre stocking overwhelmed.Recommended literature:

Students with valid credit workout pass a written test part of the lecture (20 questions). Included is 45 minutes. If the test is not counted in the first term the student is entitled to re-sit it orally or in writing within a bugfix.
Assessment methods: One written test for the assessment (the last class), giving a report of exercise, current rating (based on oral statements) progress in science and activity. Attendance at the exercises is mandatory; student can only have one unexcused absence. In the absence excused student is required to pass the relevant part of the material.
