Knowledge
After the course the student is aware of the theoretical basics of chromatographic methods. Depending on the structure of a chemical compound, student uses gas chromatography equipped with a flame ionization or mass detector or high pressure liquid chromatography.
Skills:
The student knows how to prepare a sample for analysis. The student is able to perform quantitative analysis and make conclusions on this basis that the quality.
Competences:
Student is a creative, capable of solving the problems presented a lecture. In the course of the discussion is active and open to the opinion of others, aware of the rapidly progressive development of the biological sciences.Prerequisites:

Presentation of physico-chemical basics of chromatographic methods. The acquisition of skills to choose appropriate chromatographic techniques. Demystify and chromatographic apparatus. Discussion of the applications of chromatographic techniques in the analysis of food.Recommended literature:
