Knowledge:
The student has the knowledge of setting up and planning of economic activity, the functioning and organization of small businesses and managing its resources. Describes the organizational and legal forms of enterprises. Indicates ways of financing business ventures and their taxation. He knows the rules for creating a business plan, methods of analysis and evaluation of its effectiveness, including the effectiveness of the investment. He defines the concept of human resource management. NZ2_W12.
Skills:
The student is able to correctly interpret and explain the processes and relationships associated with managing a small company, formulating their own opinions and proposing solutions to these issues. He can yourself to create a business plan for economic development; He has the ability to select and evaluate the organizational and legal form of business and the tax treatment and financing activities.. He has the ability to recruit staff and manage them.

Student is able to interact and work in the team, taking in her various roles. He can think and act in an entrepreneurial way. Understands the need for learning throughout life and can inspire and organize the acquisition of knowledge by others. Business creation (principles, the concept, the steps, procedures, formal and legal). Legal and organizational forms of small businesses. Financing business ventures. Business plan (structure, the creating, examples of business plans). Styles and methods of management. Taxes and fees in business. Accounting of the company. Taxation of income from business activity. Economy of fixed assets and working capital. Analysis of the economic efficiency of the company (the break-even point, profitability of sales). Economic balance of the investment (time value of money, discounting of expenditures). Leasing (types, disadvantages, advantages). Negotiation styles and techniques. Specimens of official documents.
