Knowledge: After completing the course student has general knowledge about harmful effect of agrophages, becomes familiar with economic and organizational characteristics of plant protection methods, knows the expenditures on plant protection and the techniques of estimating costs and economic efficiency in plant protection treatments.
Skills: Student is able to interpret economic occurrences, uses correctly the standards and work organization systems, knows balance of profits and losses of pesticidal chemicals. Student is able to prepare the plan of plant protection tasks in farm. Competences:
Student achieves ability to deepen the knowledge, becomes able to relate gained knowledge to the other subjects and uses it in practice. Prerequisites:
Completion the course of plant protection and economics.Course content:
Losses caused by agrophages, expenditures on plant protection, calculation and valuation, economic efficiency. Work organization during plant protection treatments.
