Skills:
Students are able to determine main macroscopic properties of minerals, and are able to identify the most common minerals and rocks, as well as to describe and interpret main geological processes. Students are able to interpret topographic and geologic maps.
Competences:
Personal and social competences:
Students exhibit sensitivity to results of the geological processes, on the local and global scales. They are aware of the importance the geological features and their role in the development of the Earth system.
