The student has a basic knowledge about legal aspects of the plant protection.
The student has a basic knowledge about legal structures and institutions of the plant protection.
The student is able to interpret the law regulations applying to the plant protection correctly.

Course content:
Sources of the European Union law – with special taking into account legal documents applying to the protection of plants, harmonization of the Polish law with the law of the European Union, protection of plants in the Polish legislation, the species protection of plants, the legislative protection of wild living plants not-provided with the species protection, the protection of plants against harmful organisms, the turnover and applying crop protection chemicals, supervision of the protection of plants, responsibility for the infringement of regulations applying to the protection of plants.Recommended literature:
