W2 – has the knowledge of proper light microscope operation [KB2_W01_BT]
W3 – knows the rules of cytogenetic preparations making, their staining and proper analysis [KB2_W05_BT].

U1 – has an ability of proper light microscope operation and microscopic image analysis [KB2_U02]

Cell nucleus division, structure, types and functioning of chromosomes, research methods used in plants, animals and human cytogenetics, analysis of chromosomes instability, chromosomal aberrations in animals and human, chromosomal polymorphism, mechanisms of mammals karyotypes evolution.Recommended literature:
