Differentiate between the stages of technological processes, recognizes the principle of technology characterizing individual processes. Student is able to explain the principles of the design process of new technologies. Students can choose the right plant for the system of water and wastewater, can identify the impact of technological line on the environment.
Skills:
Student after the course is able to perform the material balance and energy in a plant food, can design and calculate the line technology the demand for electricity and steam, and water at the food industry. He can find the appropriate equipment to the design of a new technological line. Able to assess the needs of raw materials and media for the newly designed product line. May prepare an environmental impact assessment process line designed earlier.
Competences:
Student demonstrates understanding of the mechanisms responsible for properly guided the design process - is aware of the responsibility for jointly by a team task, able to work with other groups carrying out similar tasks, is focused on modern techniques and technologies.Prerequisites:
