During the course students gain experience in the analysis of bioinformatics data using mathematical statistics and computer programming tools. Additionally, the student learns how to formulate and test statistical hypotheses as well as how to interpret results of statistical analyses. Moreover, during the course students learn to co-work in a group.Competences:
Passing the course allows for working in data processing and analysis laboratories dealing with biological data.Prerequisites:
