During the course students learn the strategic approach to company’s management, and learn the processes of analysis,planning and control of the strategy.Competences:
The graduates gain competence in the use of basic methods of strategic analysis and competence in planning the strategy for a company.Prerequisites:
Microeconomics, marketingCourse content:
Approaches to managment: planned strategies,strategies based on a strategic position, resource based strategy and evolving strategies. The strategy formulating process. Environmental analysis. Resources analysis. Strategic goals and mission,vision and the business model.Typology of strategies. Analysis of strategies adopted by contemporary companies.
