Trends in organic farming. Organic agroecosystem characterization: plant production, tillage, plant nutrition, plant protection, principles of breeding, grasslands, horticulture. Quality and safety of organic food. Organic food features. Processing of organic products. Environmental protection. Biodynamic farming. Organic farming law regulations.Recommended literature:
