Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student has a thorough knowledge of the subject matter of the dissertation, based on the relevant literature and own research. Skills: Student can analyse the results of own research and select the manner of their presentation; can discuss other students results and formulate conclusions.

Competences: Social skills (Attitudes): Student is aware of the progress of knowledge in the field of agricultural sciences, particularly in food technology and human nutrition; can independently and critically supplement their knowledge and skills in related fields of science; can assess preparation and presentation of issues related to the topics of other students’ diploma dissertations; takes active part in discussions.

Prerequisites: technologies relevant to students’ specialisation

Course content: associated with the problems relevant to the topics of the students’ diploma dissertations.

Recommended literature: Polish and foreign-language professional journals in the fields of agriculture, food technology, and human nutrition.

Assessment methods: Preparation and presentation of topics related to the development of the M.Sc. dissertations, active participation in discussions.

Comment:
