Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Basic concepts of computer cryptography. The use of Statistica program in experiments. The installation and operation of the operating system of Linux. Knowledge of working in LibreCAD - the ability to create flat drawings. Basics of use ImageJ to analyze digital images. Skills: Students can cryptographically protect data stored on various media. They can send encrypted e-mails and e-mails with the certified signature. Students have the ability to use various computational modules of Statistica experimental analysis. They can install the operating system of Linux, they know its basic service. They can also perform technical flat drawing with CAD software. They can also use the program ImageJ for basic analysis of any digital image.

Competences: The student is aware of the importance of professional and ethical responsibility with regard to the use and processing of information.

Prerequisites: mathematics, computer science, statistics

Course content: The preparation and transfer of data to Statistica, basic statistical calculations. The installation and operation of Linux systems. Support for LibreCAD, the basics of creating flat drawings. Support ImageJ, the base computer analysis of digital images.
