Knowledge:
Student knows the basics of land surveying and has knowledge of basic land surveying techniques and methods of mapping. Student knows how to determine position and heights of ground points and has knowledge about basic geodetic calculations. Student is able to use this knowledge in land management.
Skills:
Student is able to perform basic geodetic surveying techniques – basic construction surveying and levelling. Student is able to perform basic calculations in geodetic reference frames. Student is able to elaborate thematic maps, as well as use these maps in land management and planning.
Competences:
Student understands the importance of land surveying, basic geodetic and cartographic works in land management. Student is able to work in cooperation with geodetic services and agencies.Prerequisites:
