Learning outcomes: KNOWLEDGE: Defines the concepts of economic analysis; Shows the procedure for evaluation of investment projects; Lists the criteria for the evaluation of investment projects; SKILLS: Able to plan investment project, Predicts the risk level of the investment project, Evaluates investment projects. Calculates the financial efficiency indicators of the investment project
Competences: Works as a team in the preparation and evaluation of investment projects; Can be independent and objective in their professional economist
Prerequisites: accounting, planning economic activity
Course content: Types of investments and investment projects. The life cycle of the investment project. Static methods assessing the effectiveness of investment projects. Dynamic methods of assessing the effectiveness of investment projects. Risk management of investment projects. Break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis in investment decision-making process
