Learning outcomes: Knowledge The student knows the manufacturers of tractors and machinery used in agricultural production and in the formation of green areas. Knows the principles of operation of machinery, describes their functions and conditions of use. Skills: The student acquires the ability to conduct a preliminary assessment of machines based on the analysis of the main technical and operational parameters prescribed by the manufacturer of the equipment.
Competences: Social competence: The student demonstrates an understanding fitting trade offer on machinery and equipment for the needs of the recipient (professional equipment, equipment for amateurs, fitting the machines for owned farm tractor, for the type of soil etc.
Prerequisites:
Course content: Presentation of the trade offer of tractors and earthmoving machinery. Characteristics of machines and equipment for work in forestry. The agricultural machinery market (machines for the cultivation of the soil, to protect and care for the plants to harvesting and conservation of agricultural products). Machinery and equipment used in the formation of green areas.
Recommended literature: The catalogs of the agricultural and forestry equipment.
Assessment methods: Knowledge: written exam. Skills: Evaluation of the analysis and interpretation of the collected data, the assessment of oral presentation. Social competence: group work, discussion in the classroom.
