Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student knows the rules of the functioning and organisation of the economic units associated with the food industry, the rules for the conduct of resource management and waste-water, energy and waste, the technological processes of food production and conduct quality control. Skills: Student is able to apply the skills gained during their studies in practice; Select and apply the appropriate measures and methods for the assortment of activities

Competences: Student is aware of the responsibilities carried out with the profession and taken decisions, conduct itself in accordance with the principles of professional ethics.

Prerequisites:

Course content: Familiarization with the specific features of the farm unit : organization and structure, the characteristics of the technological processes or implementation. The acquisition of practical skills.
