Learning outcomes: Knowledge: After completing the course students will know: how to write research papers, knows how to use the different sources of scientific information known methods and tools for the design, analysis and presentation of data collected and the development of editorial text work. After finishing course the student is able to: independently collect, compile and present the data that form the basis of a study, he can prepare for a public appearance with a presentation and discussion on a specific topic related to a wide range of problems in engineering and water management.
Competences: After completing the course students will aware of the need for self-learning and increase knowledge and skills in the discipline of engineering and water management.
Prerequisites:
Course content: Copyright, sources of scientific information, plagiarism. Requirements for thesis. General principles of thesis writing: writing technique, style and form of operation. Presentation of the idea of the thesis in the form of a short paper. Overview, based on a literature review of existing scientific and practical achievements in the filed work.
