Knowledge:
Has extended knowledge of the theoretical concepts of human capital and its components. Has extended knowledge of the role of human capital in the development of economic, social and cultural. Indicates the conditions and mechanisms of human capital development.
Skills:
Correctly apply the appropriate methods of analysis of the components of human capital and the measurement of its value, both at the macro-, meso- and micro-scale. Correctly interprets the presence of differentiation level of human capital and identifies it’s causes. Proposes methods and tools to support the development of human.Competences:
Social competences:
Recommends actions aimed at the development of human capital and alleviation of social problems. Recognizes and appreciates the diversity of human capital; at the same time able to manage and cooperate with people with different worldviews, cultures and socio-economic status.Prerequisites:
