Knowledge: Student has knowledge in the use of CAD/CAM software in designing the installation of renewable energy sources. Student knows the rules about creating a sketch in the parametric program, solid modeling and creating assemblies using CAD software. Student has knowledge about detail manufacturing in the numerically controlled machine tools using the CAM software.
Skills: Student is able to design and create 3D models in 3D modeling program, create links and on individual elements of the model, to develop an animation created 3D models. Can using a CAD program make a 3D model of a mass element. He can do the documentation element designed in 2D. Able to model assembly mechanisms, detect collisions, simulate movement, use of the environment for rendering and animation. Describes and discusses the most important results of the project and how to achieve them.

Solid modeling using sequential and synchronous technology. Documentation on the plane. Ready drawings in accordance with the ISO standard. Creating assemblies using available mechanisms relationships. Creating simulation mechanisms using motors. Advanced rendering and animation tools. Load solid model element to CAM software. Defining coordinate systems and preform. Project basic treatments using CAM software. Computer-aided manufacturing.Recommended literature:
