Knowledge:
The student has a general knowledge about human resources management. Student knows the methods and tools of describing and analyzing of processes in human resources management. Student has knowledge about the leadership and what is important for human resources issues.
Skills:
The student is able to interpret correctly the phenomenon in the field of personnel management. Student can use basic theoretical knowledge, has the capacity in the field of selection of suitable workers to the organization. Student uses acquired skills to motivate the staff properly. Competences:

The student is able to expand and improve acquired knowledge and skills. Student has ability to communicate with the environment in order to exchange professional knowledge in the field of human resources management.Prerequisites:

The importance of human resources management, internal and external determinants influencing the process of human resources management, human resources management models, the structure of the personnel function and its components (selection, improvement and development, motivation, evaluation of employees), the operators of personnel management, information and communication, research methods of personnel issues.Recommended literature:
