Learning outcomes: knowledge: Student has knowledge of rationing of renewable energy sources and waste management sectors. He knows the rules for granting licenses, permits and entries to the register of regulated activity. R2 OŹE _W04 He has knowledge of the proceedings before the public authorities in the field of applying for privileges needed to carry out activities in renewable energy sources and waste management sectors. OŹE i GO R2 OŹE _W05 He has knowledge of the State Energy Policy and the National Action Plan in the Field of Renewable Energy. R2 OŹE_W08 He has knowledge about the installation of a renewable energy source qualified in accordance with the law on renewable energy sources. R2 OŹE_W11a Skills: He can analyze legal texts. R2 OŹE_U01 He can make the profitability of investments in the renewable energy sector taking into account legislation on public aid. R2OŹE _U14a

Prerequisites: Knowledge of the sources of law in Poland. Knowledge of basic legal acts in the field of waste management and energy law.
Course content: Legal basis of renewable energy sources and waste management in Poland. The scope of the Law on renewable energy sources from 2015. The essence of the new system of support. The legal principles of conduct auction. The role of the President of ERO . The role of the OREO S.A. The role of the seller liable. The legal nature of the contract of sale of energy. Forms rationing activity waste. Waste treatment. The permit for waste production. Integrated permit. Municipal waste management by the municipality.
