Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student has a general knowledge of quality management in agricultural company - describes the phenomenon of widespread interest in the problems of quality by the operators. Knows the basic methods of quality engineering - shows an awareness of terminology in Qualitology. Skills: The student has mastered basic methods Qualitology - can build models of pro-quality manufacturing processes and use of facilities and products in agribusiness, analyzes the impact of the calculated indicators and traits criterion on the level of quality of our products and the products.

Competences: Social Competence: The student understands that quality engineering methods are the key to opening the way to a modern economy - sees a need for the development and implementation of quality management systems in all sectors of the national economy (ZI1_K01). Is convinced about the impact Qualitology used to improve the results of work of each company. Recognizes the great importance of quality for every entrepreneur.

Prerequisites: Economics, Management Theory

Course content: Knowledge management and quality. Subject quality engineering. Methods for engineering quality. The construction and use patterns criterion of quality. Compare the quality. Quality modeling. The use of quality engineering methods in the design and optimization of production processes and services in agriculture.

Assessment methods: Assessment of learning outcomes in terms of knowledge: written tests, two tests, completion exercises. Assessment of learning outcomes in terms of skills: assessment prepared project. Assessment of learning outcomes in terms of social competence: evaluation of individual and group discussion skills, reasons for its opinion and inference.
