Learning outcomes: KNOWLEDGE: Student identifies the concept of the national economy and the economic system. Indicates the mechanisms of impact on the economy and the role of the state in this field. Identifies the objectives and principles of fiscal policy , monetary and exchange rate. Knows the state connections with the market and the extent of public support compared to other economic policy instruments. SKILLS: The student knows how to calculate and interpret properly basic indicators (indicators) of the national economy. Can choose the instruments adequately to the economic situation . Able to interpret the impact of interest rate changes on the socio-economic system. Can analyze the state budget and the budgets of local governments.

Competences: SOCIAL COMPETENCES: The student works in a group when dealing with important economic policy dilemmas. Recommends positions on important economic issues.

Course content: National eonomy - review of policy impacts .- resources of production factors ( economic potential of the country, land, labor , capital ) , economic activity - the volume and structure . Economy structure. Type system , spatial , ownership , institutional . Intermodal sectors . System of economy functioning. Functions of economic policy. Macro and microeconomics policy in economic policy. Conditions, fields and general aims of economic policy. Basic aims of economic policy and dependence between them. Tools of economic policy applied by followers of demand undertaking. Tools of the economic policy proposed by neoclassism. Mechanisms of influences - monetary policy, course policy. Mechanisms of influences fiscal Policy (budget) Fiscal Policy (budget).IS-LM model. Models of economic growth. Economic development policy. Potential and dynamics of economic activity of the country . Global product , gross national product , gross domestic product, national income . The relationship between the size of the national generated income and the system of national resources . National wealth - the analysis in country scale. - Resources ( natural resources ) , - Financial resources . Country population and labor resources . Population and structure , labour resources , unemployment . the monetary base , monetary aggregates ,Money supply , - Interest rates of the central bank , - Securities , - Reserve requirements , - Creation of bank money , - Exchange rates .
