Polish1. The course exclusively in Polish, with a possibility of support in EnglishLearning outcomes:
Knowledge:
W1 - Students understand the theoretical foundations of experimental design, the design and basic biological research methodology.
Can define the purpose of the expected measurements or experiments. I plan to run a series of measurements and experiments.
[BI_W10; BI_W11; BI_W12; BI_W13]
W2 - Student knows how to plan experiments. He knows the rules for establishing the results. He
has knowledge of how to draw conclusions from the planned experiments and use them in practice.
[BI_W04; BI_W14; BI_W17]
W3 - has knowledge of the basic techniques and tools used in mathematics, statistics, biology to
conduct experiments and analysis of biological data [BI_W15].
Skills:
U1 - Applies basic techniques and research tools in the field of experimental biology. He can construct a research hypothesis and
select the appropriate statistical test, interpret the results of tests [BI_U02; BI_U03; BI_U08; BI_U10]
U2 - Understands the literature on planning experiments in Polish. He can prepare a basic study of
the problem of planning experiments.
Social competences (attitudes):
K1 - is aware of the possibility of using the knowledge of the planning of experiments to solve the problems associated with the pursuit
of bioinformatics [BI_K05];Competences:
