Knowledge:
The student acquires knowledge of processes and design of production lines agri-food processing plant for production of the plant and animal materials, design demand for raw materials to production and production capacity processing lines and storage of engineering, knowledge on developments in the field of production engineering, optimization of production processes, knows the rules of creation and development of individual entrepreneurship forms processing.
Skills:
The ability to design a factory production line plant and animal raw materials, capital expenditures and working conditions and the demand for raw materials for the realization of the production line food processing, the ability to search, planning and implementation of projects in the field of the line for production of animal and vegetable raw materials, monitoring of existing production lines and systems operational ability to choose automation and robotic production lines for processingCompetences:

The student is aware of the validity of a production line of agricultural and food processing to achieve product quality treatment processes liability associated with the implementation in practice for the implementation of the project developed a line processing of agricultural products, understands the importance of education and self-improvement to optimize production lines processing plant and animal materials, has aware of the risks and able to assess the social impact of production carried out using the food processing line.Prerequisites:

Manufacturing and technical means for the agri-food, design line equipment agri-food processing, evaluation of innovative processing technology, the design of the investment process line processing, the demand for raw materials for processing, business planning in the agri-food industry.Recommended literature:

Assessment of learning outcomes in terms of knowledge: written tests, two tests, completion exercises, written exam.
Assessment of learning outcomes in terms of skills: assessment prepared project.
Assessment of learning outcomes in terms of social competence: evaluation of individual and group discussion skills, reasons for its opinion and inference.Comment:
