Knowledge: Student has a general knowledge in the range of animal production; has a general knowledge in the range of animal origin raw materials; knows the rules of animal origin raw materials technology; has a general knowledge in the range of animal origin raw materials production safety.
Skills: Student is able to perform an assessment of animal origin raw materials in an independent way; analyses physiological and biological processes occurring during animal origin raw materials production; can interfere into the processes of animal origin raw materials production at each stage of their production.Competences:
