Learning outcomes: Knowledge: a) explains the role of ergonomics in designing of safety and comfortable work places b) shows types of hazard that are present on work places c) knows the influence of dangerous factors that are present at work on human body d) associates types of hazard with their potential consequences e) shows types of works that are the subjects of author`s rights Skills: Shows the existing hazards on work places determines means for protection people from the consequences of hazard
Competences: Personal and social competences: Has an awareness of significance of work conditions for health and safety of working people and for company predicts the consequences of illegal using of foreign intellectual property
Prerequisites: Mathematics, Physics, Human biology on the high school level
Course content: Ergonomics as an interdisciplinary science. Human – Machine System. Geometry of work places. Thermal and atmospheric work environment. Noise. Vibration. Physical and psychical work loading. Chemical and biological hazards at a work places. Occupational stress. Accidents hazards. Authors` rigths.
