Knowledge:
Students acquire advanced theoretical and practical knowledge related to technological processes occurring in the coverage of crop production in agricultural engineering and forestry.
Associates and describes the different processes depending on their production of various plant groups (R2TRL_W9ir).
Skills:
The student acquires an extensive selection of the optimal technical ability of agricultural and forestry production, based on the design process and evaluation of the economic and ecological effects .
Student is able to develop a comprehensive list of technological cards and evaluate their suitability for specific crop production.
Competences:
Student demonstrates understanding of the phenomena occurring between the sphere of agricultural machine - a cultivated plant. Recognizes the need for self-improvement and the need for training in the field covering a range of technological processes in agricultural engineering and forestry.
Estimated results of their calculations and explains the influence of different cultivation technology processes and their consequences on the efficiency of crop production in the whole farm.
Respects the principles of risk mitigation and increase safety in the course of field work, ability to manage and plan the work schedule. Student organizes and leads a team of optimization calculations.
Prerequisites:
Physics, agricultural machinery, exploitation farm machinery and some elements of the objects in the field of agricultural engineering (agricultural vehicles, operation of farm machinery, basic crop production).Course content:
Designing processes on the basis of the card technology. Projected energy rating processes. Determination of the number of technical resources required on the farm. Analysis of the efficiency of production.Recommended literature:
