Knowledge: Student W1 - define the concept of hippotherapy, physical rehabilitation, physiotherapy.
W2 - selects and describes the breed of horses suitable for hippotherapy.
W3 - make a plans of hippotherapy centers and centers for the breeding and training of horses for hippotherapy.
Skills: Student U1 - selects hippotherapy horses suitable for children and adults.
U2 - plans horses training for hippotherapeutical courses.
U3 - designing the main elements of the hippotherapy centers .Competences:
Student K1- is open and sensitive to the problems of people with disabilities.
K2 - is aware of the possibility of the use of horses in the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.Prerequisites:

Basic concepts of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, forms of hippotherapy, kinds of security, horse training in hippotherapy, hippotherapy centers organization.Recommended literature:

Evaluation on the basis of oral statements (verification K1, K2); evaluate the activity during practical classes with the horse (verification U1, U2, and K1, K2) - this will act as 25% of the final grade. At the end of the exercise, each student prepares a project of hippotherapy center (verification W3, U3) - this will act as 25% of the final grade. Attendance at the exercises is mandatory; student can only have one unexcused absence. In the absence excused student is required to pass the relevant part of the material.
The basis of credit for the course is a pass exercises and pass a written test (15 questions - test takes 30 min.). If the test is not counted in the first time, the student has the right to pass again. Minimum of knowledge to pass 60%. During the test will be verified knowledge (W1, W2) - it will be 50% of the final grade.Comment:
